★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mauvais service, le délai a été prolongé deux fois. J'ai du retourné après l'évaluation des dommages car je ne trouvais pas le véhicule en état de rouler et ce fut le cas, j'aurais pu avoir d'autres dommages. La première réparation avec pourri après 5 ans. Je n'irai plus jamais.
Poor service, time has been extended twice. I returned after the damage assessment because I could not find the vehicle in running condition and it was the case, I could have had other damage. The first rotten repair after 5 years. I will never go again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lors de l'inspection jai !mentionne à la technicienne l'instabilité du pare-brise et un petit éclat et elle me répond Non cela n'a rien à voir avec l'accident . Maintenant, j'ai un pare-brise à changer qui me coûte les yeux de la tête, je suis déçue et en maudit !!!?
During the inspection, I mentioned to the technician the instability of the windshield and a small chip and she replied No, it had nothing to do with the accident. Now, I have a windshield to change which costs me the eyes of the head, I am disappointed and cursed !!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save yourselves and your car. Brought my car in for a bumper replacement and it just about fell off, on the highway with the wind . After waiting a month for an appointment, and now waiting for another appointment for the past month so they can fix there bad job. Not too mention poor customer service, bad attitudes all around, everything is rushed and poorly done .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recommended by my insurance because of an accident...NEVER AGAIN! They couldn't do the job right the 1st time, I had to go back 3 times for them to do the job right (which should've been done right the first time, it's as if they rushed the job to get the car out of the garage...1 example: they forgot to paint the inside of the replacement door to match my cars color...like who does that??? )...very bad experience with this place. DO NOT COME HERE! You'll regret it, especially if they have to paint!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They took in a fully functional car and scrap it. They were rude, they threw aggressively my car's pieces to the floor and then they said the part that broke after they 'finished' was because of 'normal wearing'. Keep looking for another garage this is definitely the worst garage I've ever came across, enough to make me come and write this, hoping I can help some one else avoid the same damage they caused to my car :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to FIX AUTO to get a bumper fixed on my old Honda Civic and they added a temporary fixture to hold the bumper in place and offered me advice on my insurance claim. Overall I really liked the service and the hospitality at this shop.
