We needed some work done on our roof, and Five Star did an awesome job, certainly lived up to their name. Great job at a fair price, and friendly, responsive service - what more could you want from a service provider?

Haven't used these guys, but with how often I see that big truck idling and burning thru gas, and with gas prices right now - business must be good!

I had an issue with birds hanging out on a bracket below a peak of my house. I called Five Star and they came the next day to take a look. Got a quote right away and they came back a few days later to do the job. Quick and timely communication via Facebook Messenger.

I used five star almost two years ago to build our shed and fix some siding. They were great then, and when we called them to get new eavesthrough and down pipe, Joanna remember us! They were very responsive, showed up when they said they would and had the work done when they said they would. The quote was on par with other quotes (I did my due diligence and got three quotes but honestly it was just a waste of time, I'll just call Joanna and Chris next time) and the final invoice was inline with the quote. We'll likely be building a garage in 2021 and we'll be using five star.

I couldn't be happier with the level of service and quality of work we received through Five Star roofing. Communication was great, expectations were clear, timelines were met, and the job was done exactly as I expected it would be. The roof looks perfect and they left the site clean. I strongly recommend Five Star, I'm definitely going to hire them for my next job.

Five Star completed our roof, eavestrough and metal siding as part of our custom home build. We ended up having an issue with what was potentially either a roof or chimney leak. Five Star was the first company at our house to assess the situation, identify potential issues and provide a solution. They stood behind their work and reputation and ensured we understood the next steps, and how they were going to fix the problem. We are very satisfied with our end project and more impress with the company and the customer service we received. I would strongly recommend Five Star for any project.

From start to finish, our experience with Joanna, Chris, and Five Star Roofing Corp. has been a dream. I'll start by saying that I'm someone who gets anxious about big renovation projects because I'm always worried about unexpected "extra" costs coming up. We hired Five Star to do a roof, vinyl, eaves, soffit and fascia replacement, so I was definitely nervous about getting started since it was such a huge project. Joanna was so amazing, answering all of my questions, walking through different options for everything from colour to material. She was incredibly patient in all of our back and forth e-mails, especially since I was having a hard time deciding on colour for our house and our roof. She provided us with addresses of other homes that Five Star had completed, so we could go out and see the colours on an actual home. When I found a house I liked that had not been completed by them, she went out to the house to colour match a sample for us. Every question we asked was answered in a timely manner, and so professionally. Joanna and Chris ended up spending time chatting with my husband and I (and our kids) about things unrelated to our project on more than one occasion because they are just so friendly and pleasant to deal with. I never felt like they were in a hurry when they interacted with us - it meant a lot to know that they were willing to spend time not just on our project, but on getting to know our family as well. I was totally shocked when our roof was completed in a single day. What a treat it was to come home after work and have the project finished (with no extra surprises, I might add!) The siding/soffit/fascia etc. took just under two weeks, and the crew was totally accommodating to all of our questions and requests, and cleaned up once they left. Once again, no surprises. We have spent the past three days just standing across the street, staring at our house because we are SO happy with the final product. I'm so glad we found Five Star, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to ANYONE. In fact, we've already given their info to one of our neighbours! I'd be happy to provide a reference for this company for anyone considering having a project completed by them. They truly deserve FIVE STARs.

Good thing they named their company 5 star roofing because their work is 1 star. We had a new home built in 2020, five star roofing completed the roof and the exterior metal panels. The panels were all scratched and dented, the soffits are crooked, the facia was coming apart on the front of the home, trims all over were not straight. The owners of this garbage roofing company came to meet us to ask for more work from us for other houses we're building but wouldn't fix these deficiencies. The builder and I met met with five star's owners to point out the deficiencies, they fixed half and never returned. We have all the photos available for anyone to see, all of these photos are AFTER they supposedly fixed all the deficiencies. Never use this garbage company.
