Why would we be writing a bad review about U and ur company when the issues r ur contractors. Obviously that’s not the case the contractors even talk bad about you and their experience with you. They are genuine and great people would Love to give them all a good review. A+++ for both contractors for being patient with us and working with us as we try to end fight with you and the headache u have caused us.

They were a very hard working team and they stayed on top of the details for the entire projection. They helped me settle with the insurance claim, and they also detected things that I was not aware of. I am so glad that I hired them, because otherwise I would have just gotten my shingles changed without knowing of the hidden water damage in my attic. If Justin hadn’t detected this damage it would have caused lots of stress for the future.

This company does not even deserve 1 star. Their customer service is terrible and very unprofessional. They will only respond to your calls until they need the money and once you pay them, then they don't even answer your calls for any kind of service calls. They also use very cheap materials and after you get your work done you will need a lot of repairs since their work is lousy. I would never hire them again or recommend them to anyone. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save your time and hire someone that is more professional.

I wanted to express our gratitude in having this company come and replace our roof with no issues at all. These guys really know what they are doing and make sure that the quality is there as well as made every effort to guide us through the entire process. Highly recommend their team. Be sure to know that your needs will be exceeded. We will have them come back to work on our exterior this spring. #Calgary

0 stars if possible. PLEASE BEWARE: Absolute nightmare as soon we gave them $4200. Horrible customer service, many ignored messages, many excuses and delays, our home is unfinished and our deposit is lost. Im sorry for not posting a review sooner and causing anyone that has hired this company in the last few months that is likely going through hell now. He seems to have deleted his facebook page to avoid us writing our review. We hired Justin Raju and Dream Roofing in April 2021 and they requested a 50% deposit AND THEN asked for another 25% deposit which at that point we did not provide as it didn't make sense to pay so much when the home wasn't completed (most contractors dont take payment until the entire home is completed). They sent a sub-contractor (Mike) to do the gutters first on our home and Justin claims that Mike went ahead and completed the work without approval and did it too early - we have email proof that Dream Roofing did in fact authorize Mike to go ahead and start when he did. He finished his job MONTHS ago and still has not be paid for his job and he had alerted us that he was never paid by Justin for the work he did on our home. We hired Dream Roofing in April, the owner listed on BBB has told us he left the company due to Justin and other practices of the business that he didn't agree with (We have proof of this conversation). To be clear because we've had so many issues with Justin we have tried to keep as much conversations as proof of everything happening. It's now going into September and our home is not completed. Since April we were continually told product would be delivered 'tomorrow' or someone was coming to do the next job 'tomorrow' soft metal/fascia and that would never happen, he would not update us that no one is coming instead we could contact him to see what the excuse was this time. When we initially wrote this review is when we heard from Justin again, he asked us to remove the review and PROMISED to clear things up the next day aka pay Mike, have us sign something to cut ties with Dream Roofing and officially be done with them so we could finish our home properly and start over. That was August 23rd, every day he had an excuse why he didnt show up and asked for a 24 hour extension. He claimed he was going to deliver the remaining owing product and pay Mike and cancel our contract, we would then use the remaining amount we had to pay for the siding labourer invoice, soft metals/fascia and garbage removal. As much as Justin promised he then changed his mind and his story which is something he does often. Here we are now in September, STILL NOT RESOLVED and the contractor was not paid. Justin claimed he was delivering all final product through Lowes, of course all the fascia, soft metals, cladding was not given to us, we spoke to Lowes and they also have concerns and issues dealing with Dream and confirmed Justin did not order the other products we were suppose to receive. We highly recommend you take this review into consideration, we have been through hell since April, customer service has been horrible, we've been told nothing but excuses and lies. The owner listed on BBB, David, has told me he left the company/sold his share because of many things he did not agree with about how it was being run and his partner. We have filed complaints and we will be using what we have left AND additional money from our pockets to pay for the unpaid contractors and all the uncompleted work on our home, garbage removal and all the missing products. We will be paying more than what was anticipated because of Justin and Dream Roofing. Essentially Justin got away with $3000 for himself for doing nothing but causing us massive stress, issues and problems. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. P.S. If you look into some of these reviews on google you may notice some people do not even appear to live in Calgary but gave a positive review and some appear to be relatives/friends of Justin/Dream Roofing.

DO NOT WORK FOR OR HIRE THIS COMPANY! I worked for Justin raju for a couple weeks he does not pay you for your work I’ve treated him with nothing but respect and in turn when I tried to get compensated for my remaining hours he insisted he had a cheque and asked me to meet him somewhere at a certain time and place and did not show up and when I asked again he gave me another place to meet him and he lied to me over the phone claiming he would meet me somewhere once again a no show and most recently sent me a non existent address to pick up this “cheque” I’m not even sure if this is a legitimate business, the one star reviews are honest and speak volumes about how Justin Raju conducts this business and you have to wonder about the credibility of these 5 star reviews considering he has his family member writing them in all my tenure as a roofer I’ve never had someone give me multiple fake places to meet them so they can pay me for the work I’ve even given justin a few weeks and tried to work with him on resolving the situation but it’s clear that this is a fraudulent business BEWARE and I hope this review can save someone from getting taken advantage of or someone’s roof getting poorly installed DO YOUR RESEARCH.

I just got my roof replacement with Dream Roofing and what an awesome experience! Starting with Justin and David they make you feel appreciated from the get go. They are always in communication with you from start to finish. Their amazing crew are so friendly and they pay attention to detail. I would recommend reaching out to these professionals to get your roof and other renovations completed.

The experience we have had with Dream Roofing was great. We’ve had some bad contract work done in the past with other companies and went into this roof repair with some trepidation. But the price was right. I must say that the resulting job was above and beyond expected craftsmanship and professionalism. It all went very smoothly and they left the work area spotless. Dream Roofing were so very affordable that we expanded the scope of work to include additional insulation, drywalling and painting. All done on time and within budget. We are very happy with the final results and highly recommend them. Not too often to find such quality work done at such a reasonable price.
