The schedule and it’s options are completely a bullseye for my busy life, I am very impressed by the diversity of 5 rings MMA.

I cannot emphasize how good the trainers are and how much they care about people which is often hard to come across.
The classes are very engaging, team is great and I have learned so much by going there.
The students and trainers are both great people. Super fun to be part of this gym !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been going to classes since opening day back in April 2019. Going to classes is the highlight of my day! It's such a fun, encouraging atmosphere. I look forward to seeing and working with the team everyday. Feeding off of everyone's energy really helps you put in the effort that you need to in order to reach goals. Great place to be and Josh is an amazing coach to learn from. Very insightful and wise beyond his years. You gotta come and check it out for yourself!
