★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have really good prices and a lot if items i needed in stock. The guy that was working was on the phone the whole time. Even when he did my bill he was just pointing the computer i didnt understand a thing he was trying to explain with his gesture. Probably will go to another fitness depo next time !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest this is the place to go to get all your equipment for working out , now with the pandemic unfortunately there is nothing left to get the place is really empty ? scary , is not there fault, they supply is not getting here or anywhere else as all the fitness equipment there is a big penury all over , if you need anything i will recommend you to first call them to make sure they have it so you dont have to drive there all over and find out is out of stock, hopefully this pandemic start to slow down so they can get their supplies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fitness depot laval is excellent. They are very very helpful and friendly unlike the miserable staff at the west island location who act like you're bothering them when you are actually giving them money. Will go to the laval location from now on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called multiple times before heading there,l and got the voicemail every time. Got to the location to be told "we don't have time and enough people to answer the phone".
To then find out nothing is in stock and it's a guessing game to know when they will be back in stock.
When asked if orders can be placed to insure it will be there on their next delivery day I was told that "they [warehouse/HQ] send us whatever they decide to".
This is the most unpleasant buying experience I've had in a long time. Do they not want to make sales?
Highly recommend not going there. Amazon still wins on every level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff members are awesome. Felt like they were slightly understaffed but I got all the help I needed all the way to my car. They pretty much have everything to build a mini home gym. I purchased my powerblocks (which was out of stock for a long time until recently). Also got an adjustable flat/incline/decline bench 3 in 1 which was on special. If you see something you like on their website, pounce on it quick as they tend to run out of stock on these things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, quality products with fair prices. Great of them for keeping up with something that's high in demand during pandemic. Many retailers have had empty shelves for months. They didn't have exactly what I was looking for but found what I can use in the meantime. Will guarantee return to fitness depot for other products. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought Inspire M2 yesterday. Employee we dealt with was helpful, very good. Decided once we got unit home to go with something different. NEVER OPENED BOXES. Returned to store within 24hrs & manager pointed to some little signs on cash counter of no returns. This was never mentioned at time of purchase. Called regional mngr, same response. $3400 purchase! I've made many purchases over many years from Fitness Depot, no issues, now this. Very upset and disappointed for their lack of commitment to a loyal customer! UPDATE - After some further conversations up the Fitness Depot food chain, finally the Regional Mngr agreed to allow us to exchange. Although still not happy, we made a list of items we wanted for our home gym. I did the exchange at the store with no issues and our items were ready and waiting for us when I arrived when the doors open. On a positive note, the store staff member we did deal with was kind, pleasant and courteous.
