★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wendy is amazing. It was my first time visiting and wasn't sure about how the menu/salad bar worked. She took care of me like I was her own kid, and packed up my lunch really tight to walk back to the office.
Food was pretty good too

Everything is fresh and delicious.
They have bomb breakfast burritos.
They do great wraps, salads, soup and pitas.
They also have amazing Chinese food (I recommend their sesame chicken)
While the place is hard to find, as it is at the back of a convenience store. The store owner, Wendy is very kind. It is absolutely a hidden gem of the yonge and eglinton area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're walking east on Eglinton east of Yonge thinking you want to go to the McDonald's, walk on. And if you want to try the Tim Horton's a bit farther ahead, walk straight to the back of the store and you'll find one of the city's best kept secrets: the Fit for Life counter. Wendy will welcome you with a delicious meal (I had a breakfast burrito) with generous loads of fresh veggies & toppings. And my smoothie (I tried a Super Berry) was the best in the solar system - a meal unto itself. As I sat enjoying my meal I watched as Wendy greeted obviously repeat customer after customer. What a great find.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stumbled upon looking for a cheap sandwich at Tim Hortons and I found this amazing. It is so clean, the staff treat you like family and the sandwiches are delicious. I took a picture but trust me it tasted way better than it looks. The manger Wendy is amazing and suggested alternatives to try next time which offers even better value for money.
