He challenges you and is very encouraging, as he gives you that individual attention and nudge you sometimes need. If you are looking for a new place, look no longer - Fit District is the place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Regarding the teen workouts, my son loves Fit District and Coach Dave. He comes home exhausted but happy and more confident in his body and his abilities. He has said that Coach Dave is supportive, instructive, patient and passionate! He also pushes but not so hard that my son doesn't want to return! Every week, he looks forward to Friday class and will soon be going to the Monday and Friday teen classes. He gets to work out with his friends in a safe and convenient place which, as a parent, is really so important.
