★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first chiropractor appointment was with Dr. Caeden Chau a few months ago and I’ve been going to her ever since! I was nervous for my first adjustment but Dr. Chau not only explained every process very thoroughly she also listened to my issues I have been experiencing. I am a 23 year old dental hygiene student and with studying constantly it takes a toll on my neck and back. I have been feeling much better and after each appointment Dr. Chau goes over some stretches that I can do at home that suit my body’s needs.
Overall great experience and I always look forward to my appointments!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I injured my wrist in January during a hockey game, Dr. Caeden Chau was truly amazing in my rehab process. She helped me through the whole process from diagnosing my wrist to be sprained, taping it for every game, and giving me the proper exercises for the heeling process. She was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole healing journey. If it weren’t for her I wouldn’t have been able to make such a quick recovery and not miss any games. So I definitely recommend her for any kind of injury as she knows exactly what she’s doing and will get you up and running again in no time.

I have also had one visit with Dr. Dave and felt like he really listened to my concerns before proceeding with treatment. I highly recommend Fit Chiropractic (the front end staff are always awesome too)!

The thought of seeing a new chiropractor was scary but it had to be done as I was having issues with my back. I got a recommendation from a friend about FIT. I booked with Caeden and it has been a great experience since day one. Not only did she get me moving again but she has changed my mind set about my back and how to manage it. She has introduced new exercises and routines that have been working very well for me. She is progressive and I would recommend her to anyone in need of an honest professional chiropractor.

Dr. Chau is amazing, very friendly and super knowledgeable and she explains things very well! I'm looking forward to getting back to my best self again thanks to her! If you need a chiropractor I highly recommend Dr Chau and fit chiropractic!
