★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stopped by to grab lunch for a picnic in Stanley park. From their website I was expecting a bigger selection and was initially disappointed, but what we ended up with was delicious and healthy! We had a hummus-veggie wrap and an entree with blackened tempeh which was really tasty! The veggies on the side were lightly seasoned and not heavy on the oil, which I appreciated. They also had smoothies but we didn’t get any of those. Definitely a great option if you need a quick, healthy meal to go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently discovered this hidden gem on Davie street. They have amazing, healthy (vegan options) meals that are a great choice for lunch or dinner. You can grab some smoothie as a snack. If you want more, go to their website where you get more options including making your own meal. The owners are always smiling, helpful and friendly. Super happy I have found this place in my neighborhood. Plus you can enjoy food on their patio and get some sun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve ordered from here a few times now and it’s been mostly very good. If you’re planning on buying from here for the purpose of meal prep definitely don’t get the burrito bowl as I kept in in my fridge for 2 days and when I opened it there was a strong smell and the lettuce had gone slimy and started to decompose under the other ingredients. Other than that the other vegan meals were perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered the turkey dinner from here- super delicious and super healthy! As someone who has a gluten allergy, it was awesome to be able to eat a Christmas dinner and not worry about it AND it be excellent! Will definitely recommend to others!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a weeks worth of food for the first time and order the vegan option and sadly the food was NOT good. The lettuce is all wilted and there is no flavor to any of the food. The Ceasar salad option was awful. I'm really disappointed as I read all the reviews but was not impressed with it at all. Unfortunately will not be ordering from here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really love this company. I’ve been ordering a 5-day lunch subscription for months and it has never disappointed. If I want to change things up I just update my subscription on the website, lunches are always ready to be picked up Monday at noon. Armin is always friendly and accommodating and remembers me and my partner’s name. As someone who doesn’t like to prepare lunch and works from home, I really appreciate having healthy ready-made meals available for the week. Because of them I haven’t gained weight. LOL. Super healthy and delicious meals!

The meals themselves are fantastic. They have a variety of salads and wraps. Great choice of drinks and smoothies as well.
The service is extremely friendly.
The grab and go style is accounted by the seating right out side.
Great place to stop by before and after a workout.
