They were reliable and made sure everything aligned with my move in date. There was an issue with the status certificate provided by my condo board that I only realized months after closing. I contacted Joseph Fisch and he liaised with my condo board to set the matter straight at no additional charge. As a first time buyer you don't think anything will go wrong with your real estate transaction, but there is always a risk. That's why you need a good lawyer in your corner, like Fisch and Antonette.
