★ ★ ★ ★ ★ He did a flat tow of my RV on Taylor Hill. The damage he wrought to my rig: destroyed the front frame, disabled the air system so the vehicle is rendered inoperable, bent the frame, bent the entire front so bad the windshield popped out, the door no longer opens nor closed, and mangled so much of the front structure that the headlights are tweaked to angles that render the vehicle unsafe to drive, the front interior floor is now warped, and he left me on the side of the road with a now heavily damaged and disabled vehicle for $420 and when the damage was asked about he said it's not his problem.
He refused to crawl under my rig to connect the chains for a second attempt to tow, make me do it (against the law, by the way) and here I sit on the side of the highway, with a heavily damaged vehicle, unable to even drive it because the air brakes have no pressure to release. Also against the law to destroy my vehicle here and not offer to have it fixed.
10/10 would absolutely not recommend.
Hope to survive this situation. It's so bad, I would not trust him to help me I will call Devan from Archie's Towing up in Fort Nelson and pay the long haul distance fees before I ever think of ever having this outfit ever come to mind for help on the side of the road.
