★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told by owner that I needed a new outrigger on picker truck, he said he would send out for a rebuild. 4 months later after no call he says it came back and he sold it to someone else! I don’t recommend this business for anything, never once had a truck come back in better shape than before it went in to his shop!! Always have to go over every fitting they touch! On 2 separate occasions I got a picker truck back with the hydraulic cap not even put back on!! Someone open a new picker servicing outfit please!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris and his team are professional and very knowledgeable in all things picker related. Good customer service and has a decent amount of stock for picker accessories such as outrigger pads, transducer battery kits, etc. Would highly recommend, but because Double R has such a good reputation, during busy season sometimes you might have to wait a couple days or more for an appointment. Still well worth the wait. 5 star all day long!
