★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my kids here to get their back to school haircuts. There was a bit of a wait but that's to be expected being a walk-in salon. I asked the girl how long it would be and she gave me a rough time. We came back before that time and didn't wait long after that to get their haircuts. My kids love their haircuts! I will definitely be bringing them back!

Vanessa is my favorite but if she's not available (because I don't like making appointments due to my hectic work schedule) I am always well taken care of by one of the other stylists. I recommend this location to all my family and co workers because of the great prices and awesome staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My family has been coming to this location for a long time. Just regular trim and cut. It was our first time to do bold colours and style because I have two teenage daughters. Michelle and another lovely lady helped us with the service. They were both very friendly, patient, accommodating and they went above and beyond to make sure the girls were happy and they were indeed ecstatic with their new looks. I will definitely recommend this place to more friends and colleagues to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don’t like giving low reviews I really don’t because I understand we can all have bad days HOWEVER
I came out initially looking like I had a lopsided bowlcut after showing a fluffy short alternative cut I liked (and if the stylist didn’t feel she had the ability to cut it right, she should have politely declined, bc my hair was better before) my partner called them and the manager(?) said she would fix it up for me, so I went back.
She fixed up the sides but told me the back was fine and she wouldn’t touch it, I took her word and my partner isn’t really good at hair so he wasn’t a good judge. I went to take a pic that had the back of my head in it when I noticed the back was completely uneven too.
If it was just the one person who let me leave with horrible hair that would be one thing, however I left twice. I wish I didn’t come to be honest, my confidence and my hair go hand in hand and this shattered my confidence. Don’t go here if you have a specific drastic haircut, I wouldn’t recommend. Sorry…
