★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is what it is. A small local park with a couple little ponds and a nice path through the trees. No real circuit, so you either have to go out and back or circle around through the residential streets. There are a couple informational plaques, benches, and a picnic table. No grassy areas to play or have a picnic.

Also can't wait for developer to finish whatever it is they are going to do...
