I received my sword within a few weeks which was great and I was very excited. When I finally got the package the box was destroyed with a horrible attempt to fix the package. The sword was broken, the guard was loose the blade was loose there were scratches on the scabbard and the fittings were loose and didn't stay in their spot. The list goes on and on. I reached out to customer support for them to say they were filing a claim with UPS. I heard nothing back from them and sent more emails which never got responses. I was patient and waited and finally I called to ask what was going on, the guy was polite but since then i've still heard nothing. He told me that UPS said they tried to pick up the package which never happened. Very disappointed and I will never give them my money again. 1 year later.

I wasn't aware of the processing time when I placed the order. Once i checked into it, I emailed customer service right away to see if they would expedite the order for me. They answered me within a few hours and said they would have their warehouse prioritize the order and ship that same day! They were so sweet and helpful and i will definitely be using their services again!

They put a great deal of effort and passion into designing their products and it shows. Wishing this business all the success in the future. I purchased Zoro's Enma from them and I still can't believe the quality of it. Such a stunning show piece to display and I can't wait to expand my collection of their swords. Their employees are all very passionate about their products and it adds to the buying experience. Laura and Wayne helped me a great deal in the showroom showing me all sorts of their products. Love this place, highly recommend!
C	Chase Bank on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad online buying experience. I purchased a sword that was labeled in stock 3 weeks ago. I was told shipping takes 7-10 days. I checked on it 2 weeks after ordering to be told "Rest assured that we will have this out on a timely manner so that you will be able to get it for Christmas". Now the week before Christmas when checking on my order again, I have been told I need to pay for more expedited shipping for it to arrive on time. Update: Sword arrived loose from hilt, I was able to tighten it at home. Overall the sword looks and feels good quality for a display.

I always love coming to places like this because the staff are always super welcoming. sadly I couldn't get the name of the guy i spoke too. When it comes to the quality you cant complain. I purchased kenshin's reverse blade and couldn't be more happy with it!

I had some question regarding import and custom and the customer service lady was awesome and very nice! The package arrive in good condition and even a few days early! I had to exchange a few emails with FedEx regarding custom duty and import to Germany, but that was fine. The ordered products are of high quality! I can only recommend to purchase. I certainly will drop by if I ever have the chance to travel to Canada! THANKS!

Fantastic, attentive and friendly customer service, amazing selection and quality products! I purchased Zenitsu Agatsuma's sword from Demon Slayer and a vertical stand and I couldn't be happier!
