High service business. Friendly knowledgeable staff. The place to go from heavy equipment. Best branch that finning owns. Great place to buy filters oil and antifreeze as well for both your cat and other brand needs. I was stranded last winter with a no good battery in my pickup I called they sent a truck out changed my battery and I was off. It was just before closing. Great service as always.

Very disappointed in finning Lethbridge and as a company in whole. I purchased a new engine from the lethbridge branch for my front end loader. After I installed the engine myself, I knew immediately something was wrong. I phoned the branch immediately to express my thoughts on what I thought could be wrong. The engine would loose fuel prime and smoke bad during starting. We kept the loader for a few weeks trying to diagnose the issues over the phone off and on with finning as they would not come out and see the machine themselves. Finally my shop mechanic and myself discovered fuel in the antifreeze likely a result of faulty injector cups ( factory defect), nothing I could have done wrong during engine installation. Finning refuses to warranty the labour to repair the injector cups stating since I installed the engine myself the warranty would be void. But during the purchasing process I asked there parts sales man what the warranty on the engine would be. He stated he did not know for sure but probably two years and to ask the service manager roger. So I went to his office asked him, he said he would get back to me and never did get me a copy of the warranty until now that there is an issue. When I purchased the engine I was not given a copy of the warranty explaining what might happen if I did the install myself. Now finning is quoting $3000 for labour to repair the cups in my mind they should be guaranteeing the labour and parts since there is nothing I could have done to damage injector cups during engine installation. Very disappointed and will be taking my business elsewhere for now on

I would like to say thank you to Finning Cat for the outstanding experience and service they have given me. I recently bought a used skid steer through Abe Caldwell at the Lethbridge branch. I was amazed how simple, clear and pleasant the process was. The machine was up in Edmonton and after deciding I wanted to take a look, Abe immediately put a hold on it and had it put to the side without collecting a single signature or deposit from me, he simply said "I trust you", that means a lot!! After arriving in Edmonton the friendly staff showed me around the unit and I noticed the A/C wasn't blowing cold , NO PROBLEM, drop it by the Lethbridge shop and we'll take care of it. Upon arrival in Lethbridge the Jayson in the shop knew exactly what I was coming for which is a huge surprise since usually there is no communication between sales guys and the shop at different places I've been to. I later discovered that there was a small mistake with the advertising as they had uploaded the wrong pictures of the machine online (which looked identical) only my machine was missing the stereo. I mentioned this to Abe and expected "sorry, that was an error and the sales contract didn't mention a radio", but no, again I was amazed. Abe simply said "I just checked and you are right, let me make that right for you". When I came to pick up the machine they had rushed the new a/c hose that was leaking and the stereo overnight and had it all ready for me. Jayson in the shop showed me what else he had done to the machine that he noticed needing attention and to top it off, he even repaired the breakaway cable on my trailer!! I didn't pay a penny over the original agreed upon price and received a machine that has been fully serviced and ready to go. As for the CAT brand, well... there's a reason why it's such a common sight at every construction site. Let me say, I can"t wait to buy the next Cat from Abe at Finning.

These guys just don’t care about their customers and it seems will go out of their way to ensure you don’t get your parts on time. Go ahead put your order in and see how they can fail you; most of the time it’s by failing to ship your product but sometimes it’s by making multiple weigh bills so you end up with triple the freight bills. I’m positive if they weren’t union they’d be looking for work.
