There was a small price increase this summer but the pieces are still much cheaper than other shops we frequent. With all the "dehydrated dog treat" small businesses popping up lately, I try to be very careful what I feed the dogs because not everyone has the appropriate food safety training like Melissa. We have chatted about the proper handling process of salmon as well as other ingredients, which I was disappointed other dehydrated shops did not know about. The annual holiday box is also unbelievably creative and so much fun. I do agree with other reviews that the snack factory is not aesthetically pleasing, but that is exactly the reason I personally decided against buying a dehydrator and making treats on my own - our apartment would be a mess with the required process work.
R	Robyn Ibey on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible dehydrated dog chews for amazing value! Melissa cares about her product and her customers! She goes above and beyond and is very responsive to inquiries. Luna hasn’t had anything from Melissa that she doesn’t love and she is incredibly picky! We also get raw bones and other products. We are never disappointed! So lucky to have such an amazing dog-dedicated deli locally in Kitchener-Waterloo!
