Best service ever

Had a great experience building my house with them. ?

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! WOW DO NOT SEE THESE GUYS. THEY ARE RUDE AND ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY. MONEY GRAB MONEY GRAB. SOOOOO RUDE.

Purchased my home from Finesse in 2017. Jay made the construction process easy and straightforward and kept us informed the whole way though. They are always quick to answer our calls.

Giving 1 star is extremely generous for this company Purchased a custom home and moved in on Oct 2014. Lots of defects in the house (cracks in the grout, some of the floor boards are not spaced evenly, ceiling fan missing one of those beaded strings, one of the faucets were not installed properly which resulted in a leak to the kitchen, garage door froze into the ground and builder said that was 'normal', etc...). Horrible after-purchase service, when asked to fix the defects within warranty period. Sometimes never shows up or shows up hours after the scheduled time without giving a reason why...so you stay at your house for hours for nothing sometimes. When they show up, work done is poorly and they leave within minutes (in exchange for waiting for hours for them to come to your house). When I contact them to get fixes done, very unfriendly and unprofessional tone; they make it sound like its a chore. Warranty obviously has expired now and not all the work was been done; guess I gotta spend extra $ to get them fixed now even though they should've took care of it back then! Would go on more...but I don't want to make this review any longer... Would NOT recommend this builder (the construction manager was named Hassan and the owner was Jay; we dealt with both of them and both of them were unprofessional and rude). You are better off going to some other builder (make sure you do your research though) and make sure you don't pay them the full amount owed to them until the they fix EVERYTHING once you move in. That way the builders will have a obligation to fix them with quality; not the half-a** work that was done for us by Finesse Homes. Or purchase a pre-built house.

We recently had an extensive renovation project done on our home. Throughout the process Jay has treated our home like it is his very own. Superlative diligence and caring. As with any renovation, there were hiccups. Everything was taken care of promptly. He is always there to listen and take care of his customers. Finesse is second to none. Highly recommended. We built our custom home with Finesse homes on 2019. It was a wonderful experience. We love our new house. Jay and Hassan were great people to deal with. They are honest professional and have a great taste. We definitely recommend Finesse homes.

I would never purchase a home from this builder ever again knowing what I know now of their lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I've spent the last year chasing this builder down about a flooring/door repair issues which they continually promised to rectify, however they have ignored emails/phone calls about the situation and prolonged repairs unril this day. This builder cant be trusted and only wants the sale of the property so dont expect much from the home warranty obligations etc.
