★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiana is absolutely amazing! She knows exactly what to do with my hair and it always turns out great, she never disappoints! She’s very knowledgeable about product and colour and is always able to answer my questions (and I have lots :) I am very impressed by the salon, the whole atmosphere is uplifting and everyone is very nice. I will 100% be coming back again. Also, it was very reasonably priced for what I got! Very pleased ❤️ 5 stars!! Xx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hesitated to click on “good value”. But the truth is, I think it was. Sure, I spent $300+ today plus product on my hair, but I also know that it’s going to grow out seamlessly and the quality of skill is there. Invisibly apparent. My colour makes me look like I got a tan and coloured contacts. Crazy. What’s that worth? Plus, I’m not going to be seeing roots anytime soon. Somehow my hair looks fuller, healthier and longer after my cut/colour/cut/style, so that’s definitely a good value to me. Highly recommend Serena and this salon to anyone who has seen the value in a pair of lulus. ?

She has seen me through blunt bobs in every colour of the rainbow, then all the way through growing out my natural hair colour after years of bleaching, to long shaggy layers, bangs, and more. She is one of the warmest people I’ve ever met and has all the necessary skills to wow you after a seemingly effortless session with her! I always leave feeling like the best version of me.

On a side note they take all appropriate COVID measures to ensure your health and safety are their #1 priority!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serena was fabulous! I have been bouncing from stylist to stylist for a long time and I’m so happy with my hair cut from Serena that I booked another with her before leaving. She listened to what I wanted and made very helpful suggestions when I wasn’t sure. She is very easy to talk to, 10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a friendly atmosphere! Today was my first visit and I felt so welcomed by everyone! Such a family feel to the environment, all the stylists seems to be great friends and cheer each other on which is so refreshing to see!
I saw Sussana and my expectations were high but she FAR succeeded them!! She is so friendly, professional and you can tell how passionate she is about hair. I love my hair and will definitely be going back!

She also makes sure you know how to replicate the style on your own. I purchased the product she had used on my hair which was reasonably priced. The associate who helped me at the counter made sure I was set for my next appointment before I left. I will be back ?
