★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Complete garbage. Treated two expensive couches with this product and it’s useless. Their stain removal kit is also totally ineffective- makes the stain worse in some respects. Avoid at all cost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dont undersatnd? If i pay for wall to wall cleaning doesn't that mean i get wall to wall cleaning? Well you would think so, but no...not only did they go around the toy chest in the middle of the family room they also went around the sofa???. I went upstairs to check the bedrooms and they had also gone around a rug in one of the kids bedrooms??? I asked them why they didnt move the sofa and toy chest, they replied that it was company policy not to move things and insurance reasons why they couldn't move it... i did call nancy, who was brilliant and asked if i wanted them back...i was like hell no!!
