After a road test and a visual inspection, the service person showed me the report (printer issues prevented getting a copy). She got the parts ordered and booked me in for the repairs and I was on my way. Open on time, lots of smiles from the staff, and efficient service. All in all, a superior customer experience. And the coffee was fresh!

My wife and I were travelling and had some tire concerns. The vehicle had a slight wobble, and decided to get it looked at before continuing our drive. We pulled into Festing, but the service department was already closed. We asked the sales department for advice on the severity of our concern, and wouldn’t you know it, the business manager had 10 years experience on a NASCAR pit crew. WOW! They immediately sprang into action to help address our concerns with a torque wrench and an impact. In the blink of an eye (literally) we were on our way without concern. Blew us away! Such a great experience, we felt the need to share. If I could give 6 stars, I would. Thanks Brian and Mark for everything.

My car got some battery trouble closer to Huntsville and towed to there and they said they will be able to get the part next day and fix it and quoted $1100+ and when I called my local Toyota dealership, they quote $780+… The service department guy told me after I told him the price difference that they had three different price of the parts that need to be installed and they got me the best one and it’s a little expensive but they said they were going to install it without any extra charge and it was a clear lie and if they had three different prices they should have told me when they mentioned about the quote. Also the mechanic was incompetent to finish the job as he took 7+ houses when this could have been 4 hours. I feel like they took advantage of me due to the fact of my vehicle broken down closer to it. I would not recommend their service if you want to save money and get some honest service.
