Me and my wife got married at the Elora Mill in Elora, Ont. and set up a helicopter to come pick us up from the airfield. Carl and his family were unbelievably helpful and charismatic with setting up landing permits.
Once we arrived on the day of the wedding Carl and the group had set up balloons and signs to greet me and my new wife. I’ve never experienced such generous and nice people in my entire life. Highly recommend landing at this airfield and chatting with them. Being a commercial pilot myself, I rate this airfield a 12/10!!
