Beaucoup moins chers que la première étape (et entreprise) et un service de qualité. Je remercie d'ailleurs Jean-François Roberge, notre vendeur. Sympathique et professionnel! Je vous les recommande!
I redone all of my windows in my home in two stages, with two different companies. I should have done business with Bourcier Doors and Windows from the start ... Much cheaper than the first step (and company) and quality service. I would also like to thank Jean-François Roberge, our salesperson. Friendly and professional! I recommend them to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So we are shopping for a new door and we wanted to see how much it would cost us approximately, so we stopped at the 3 stores on st Jean Baptiste, this establishment has working hours not made for people who work days Monday to Friday. So we said let's try it on a Saturday also closed. Yesterday we were able to finish work earlier and since the establishment close at 17h we tried it at 16h45 (earliest we could get there with traffic) and still closed... Opens later, closes before 17h doesn't open on weekends I guess they don't want to make money or they only have contractors as clients anywho we went with porte et fenêtre Verdun

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had windows put in last December. As they company claimed to be very busy. The clips on the two windows that were installed would not close correctly. Called them up and let them know. Was told we had to speak with the rep that sold the windows. Then came covid 19 finally the rep called and came to see the issue. Then the technician needed to be scheduled and the technician didn't know how to get to the house as there was construction road work.Did not know how to pass by to get to the house. Finally a technician came today. Finally after 91/2 months the windows are finally working properly.
