Ils ont toujoirs éte très honnête au niveau du service et réparation. Ils ne poussent pas de vente avec de la pression. Le prix est beaucoup plus avantageux que la compétition et cela même avec ma carte costco et ls retour de 1000$ en carte cadeau car on paye beaucoup plus que 1000$ de différence. Ne pas oublier que la carte costco de 1000$ on paye 150$ de taxes donc un rabais de 1000$ est plus intéressant q'un retour de 1000$. Bref acheté ici c'est moins cher et 1 an sans intêret ca fait la différence.
After shopping i got the best price here. The service has always been impeccable and they know how to advise us very well. They have always been very honest about service and repair. They don't push a sale with pressure. The price is much more advantageous than the competition and that even with my costco card and the return of $ 1000 in gift card because we pay much more than $ 1000 difference. Do not forget that the costco card of $ 1000 you pay $ 150 in taxes so a discount of $ 1000 is more interesting than a return of $ 1000. In short, bought here it's cheaper and 1 year without interest it makes the difference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J'ai fait installer une thermo-pompe il y a 2 ans. L'installateur a oublié de mettre un filtre. Après quelques mois, nous avons eu un problème électronique sur l'unité. Cet hiver, l'unité a arrêté de nouveau et Felteau nous charge pour le service. Très frustrant!
I had a heat pump installed 2 years ago. The installer forgot to put a filter. After a few months we had an electronic problem with the unit. This winter the unit has shut down again and Felteau is charging us for service. Very frustrating!
