They said they delivered my package though it wasn't, upon many phone calls, the dispute was resolved. They told me they might drop it off in front of my building (essentially on the street, easy to steal), hence a three star review. I went to pick it up myself.

Spent an hour and a half dealing with fedex being sent from 1 location to another and back becuase they cannot figure out how to ship a 2ftx2ftx2ft 100lb box that I had quoted over the phone. Terrible service, complete run around.

If I could give no stars I would. The continued display of incompetence boggles my brain. I send time sensitive packages and they have lost/mis-routed them on multiple occasions resulting in the contents needing to be destroyed. The bill sent to me in the mail was not even close to my name and the only way I knew it was actually mine was because of the delivery address on it. They also changed their drop off time and only bothered to change it on a sign on their door, didn't bother to change it online so I missed being able to deliver my package. The company I work for deals with them so I have no choice but to use them. Personally I will NEVER deal with them.

My package is missing. It’s really upsetting and frustrating. It says delivered when I check the tracking but it did not say where/what address they delivered it. I really hope to still receive my package.

I got an email saying they couldn’t deliver my item until the duties were paid. I paid them after a day and someone came by to delivery the package and charged my wife again. They could of always just delivered it and charged me at the door. Now I can’t get a hold of anyone for my refund.

This location has the most inconvenient hours of operation for a post office I have ever seen its infuriating. Would give 0 stars but can't. Also it took me a month to get my refund from FedEx. Smd FedEx.

My package is missing and when I called to ask about it the guy wouldn't let me talk, got extremely upset, then hung up because I asked if he could see if it got shipped to another address. I was genuinely curious, not accusatory but he flipped a switch for some reason.

FedEx drivers will often not even attempt to deliver parcels and will give some poor excuse for their ineptitude. FedEx doesn’t care if a person needs to drive 20 minutes across town to wait in line behind five other annoyed customers before getting a parcel that very easily could have, and should have, been delivered. This has happened with FedEx multiple times. In fact, I’m not sure they have ever actually delivered a parcel to me. There is always some exception notification that I get, by the drivers account, that is wholly inaccurate. Getting assistance or reporting complaints through their virtual assistant or call-centre is useless. Maybe this review will get some attention from a person. Not impressed. Avoid this carrier.
