Like other UPS stores with friendly Chinese staffs. They have some packing stuffs like cardboard and foam. I attached the size of their cardboards.

Maybe you should update your store hours online (that state open until 3pm Saturday during labour day long weekend) versus taping a printed page to your door saying closed for long weekend! Won’t be using this location ever again when others post their CORRECT HOURS.

Wish they would at least answer the phone!! UPS service was bad before Covid and now it actually has gotten worse.

Very poor customer service. They promised a call back on a parcel that had already been delayed by more than 1 week. Still no response and ni answer via phone during business hours.

It's like the sloth from zootopia works at this place. I waited for exactly 25 minutes while he processed 4 packages from a customer. There was 5 other people waiting as well. What a joke!

Ordered a package, ups tried to drop off during the day which is fine they always do. I missed the drop off and called customer service and arranged for it to be picked up the next day. Go to pick up the next day and they dont have my package and are telling me I have to pay import fees. Fine I do that, but they still dont have my package. Call customer service again and they tell me it's a a location that is closed to the public. So I ask if it can be moved to a location that I can actually go to, they so no it's not possible. So they have my package at a location that cant be accessed and they can drive it literally 2 blocks down the road but can't apparently. So the only way I can get my package is through delivery and I wont be home because I work during the day when they always do drop offs.

Extremely bad service. I went into the store on a Saturday to drop off a large parcel to return to Amazon. I stood at the counter for more than 5 minutes. There was someone in the back taking Chinese in the phone, so I waited. Finally, he sauntered up to the front, holding his phone in his hand on speaker. Never once stopped talking to whom ever on the phone, pointed at me where to buy the box. Motioned with his hand to give him the paperwork. I proceeded to ask him a question as the return Information required a signature and direction from UPS. He gestured with his hand very dismissively for me to leave the store, never once stopping his conversation on speaker.

I’ve shipped a couple packages with different shipping company’s however this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I was directed to pay in store for a Customs Brokerage fee. When in store, the clerk answered the phone after finishing with the customer ahead of me. He didn’t say anything to me, just carried on his conversation with the telephone customer. He looked at me and motioned to hand the paper over. Then simply stated β€˜you can’t pay this here’ and waited for me to leave. He was correct, the 1-800 customer service rep was incorrect. However... Acknowledge your customers, deal with customers one at a time, try a greeting, explain politely. All the basics of customer service.
