★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely challenging to move multiple heavy boxes to the receiving desk at the 2nd floor via stairway while the staff was very nice who deserves a 5 star and the facility setup is below 1 star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. Parcel stuck here since early January. Back and forth between FedEx/Chronopost and a reputable tech shop. Asked for a power of attorney, never contacted me directly, then they only accept payment over the phone, except it doesn't work and they never pick up. Tried to pay over Internet, to their local agency or directly to the deliveryman=not possible‽ They refuse all options and keeping my stuff as hostage. You're the worst. All carriers offer Internet payment but not you because your website and system suck! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculously slow. Will make sure not to order online where delivery is handled by FedEx. My package has been stuck in Mirabel for several days. This not my 1st poor experience with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ if it was possible to give 0 stars i would. taking their whole time to deliver a package. it was in their custody for 5 whole days it’s ridiculous. next time i’ll order online i will make sure it’s not fedex who delivers it the worst service ever

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid 153.00 to ship overnight from Mont Laurier Qc. to Mississauga, ON. I have a tracking #, Pick up#, I handed the parcel personally to the driver, hasn't been scanned anywhere, as if the parcel just disappeared, as if it was never picked up???? Lousy service a few times recently. There was a time when these type of companies could actually get their parcels to the destination on time, unless there was bad weather along the route. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fedex Mirabel under the general management of Steve Morgan and other supervisors is an absolute joke.
I'm a former worker that's attempting to call for assistance since im having issues on the taxes.
NOBODY is picking up their phone's from customer service to my former boss.
Roger H. is known for going on thirty smoke breaks fooling around with employees instead of doing his actual job, being a manager. Been over two hours ( He's seen my message ) leading absolutely zero aid.
FedEx Mirabel is seriously a complete joke from lazy management ( roger doing on thirty odd smoke breaks ) to always getting packages late.
To anyone considering working here or using their services I'd strongly reconsider because everything regarding them is infuriating .
