I had very a bad experience with DHL , they over charge me on DUTY when post canada had no duty on the same item that was send from China. On a small surveillance camera that was worth $37.59 US they charged me $23.30Can dollars + they over charged me a taxe on the taxe which I think is very legitl, when I tried to contact them to dispute it they said they would send me an email for disputing the wrong charge taxe which they never send. I called again and finely got the email address, I sent the email two weeks ago still no reply. There is no follow up from them. I will have to dispute the charge with Visa. All I can say is dont use DHL if you do not want to get rip-off

Worst shipping company ever. They are making horrible mistakes that only the customer is paying for and even providing customers with false information. No customer service at all. They don't give any effort to resolve the problem. So if you want to loose money and time go to DHL. It was my first and final experience with them. I will never ever do business with them again. Fedex and purolator are way more better. What a shame!!!!

Everything is fine except when they lost a package. In this case, you will be in a loop where each day the customer support will say to you: "I will follow up with you tomorrow before the end of day." You can say for sure that this sentence could be translated by: "We have lost your package and you don't have any ways to reach us and because of that, we loose your package but we didn't loose your money and we will keep it". What a bad company. From now, if I want to buy something on the web and the only way is DHL, I will just don't buy and will save money, time and a lot of frustration.

I absolutely do not recommend this location for your services , while DHL service are efficient and reliable the customer service at this specific location can not be any worse , The person name Sebastian desrochers got angry at the begging for using the door bell three times, he ask why I ring three times , he heard me the first time and because it’s a wear house he has to walk all the way after he said that in English he pretended he doesn’t understand me in English and he kept talking back to me in French then he continued helping the people behind me before he give me an answer about my parcel , I picked a package and sent a package from this location before but the past two times I was received by this person with a very bad personality and attitude , DHL should know better than to put this person in the front to represent the company. If Zero customer/client service experience please keep him behind . I do not want to come back to this location again.

Horrible horrible horrible. Worst customer service in the world. Worst delivery times in the world. Charges have increased since Covid and service is worse than ever!!
