★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible, leaves all my parcels at the bottom of my long driver in the rain or snow, they obviously don't care. My driveway is very long as I live in the country. I called and asked to get notice of some type but nope..... continues to drop off livingroom furniture at the bottom of the driveway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Fedex for a TERRIBLE customer service! Not only my package was delivered more than 24hrs late, but on top of that I got zero updates on it's status, you kept me in the dark untill the last minute (your tracking system still said eta 09/13th before 5pm on 09/13th at 4:55pm), then suddenly past the eta time the item became "potentialy delayed", again with no contact or explanation why or for how long. That would be fine if I wouldn't have payed extra 186 USD for International Priority shipping. After contacting customer support myself I still got no answers except some mumbling about covid. What a lousy excuse! So eventually I had to get all the information myself by numerous phone calls eventually contacting the third party (which, again, I wasn't informed about).
Now I want to file a claim for refund, since you have a money back guarantee policy, but this aswell is made extremely complicated and I have to contact the shop I originally order the item from and ask them to do it on my behalf. Thank you Fedex for this horrible experience, you can stop ignoring me now, cause I'll keep posting this untill I get my refund!
