I received an upcoming delivery email and when I tracked the package it showed a delivery attempt. Was home at the time of the alleged "attempt" and the door buzzer rings through to a cell phone, no missed calls either. Online chat isn't active, so no customer service available there, the telephone "customer service" line puts you on hold for over 30 minutes just to disconnect the call. I've dealt with this kind of garbage with other delivery services but at least there was a pick up option, annoying as it is to have to go get a package that the seller paid to have delivered. I literally just want to give the driver the buzz code to the building in case matching the name on the package to the name on the call box is too complicated to figure out. UPDATE - despite the scan on Wednesday indicating that another, hopefully legitimate, delivery attempt would be made the "next business day", here we are two business days later and not only has a second attempt not been made, there haven't been any tracking updates whatsoever. Chat support is still off-line, no reply to email inquiries and no answer on the customer service line.

My package has been sitting in Canada for weeks after clearing customs. It was in Winnipeg for nearly a week. Finally, it was out for delivery yesterday. Then just as quickly the status was changed to failed delivery attempt returning to warehouse and a delivery would be scheduled for the next day! I made several attempts to contact them by phone and online. I finally got ahold of them today and was told that the delivery driver lied about attempting to make a delivery. I asked for a number to lodge a complaint and the guy on the phone hung up on me! I called back and spoke to another guy but he was just as inept and hopeless as the first guy. So, they’re basically unaccountable to anyone. Time to contact the Better Business Bureau. Another day waiting for a delivery that never happens! This is beyond ridiculous! Having to deal with these liars and cheats is getting old. The owner comments and asks me to contact him but does nothing when I do. Dirtbags every last one of them. I had a promise that it would be delivered today!!!!

They have had my package for over a week, it has gone "out for delivery," 6 times now, and still no package. I am 18 minutes from the warehouse, but drivers seem to refuse to bring my package out to me. It's going on 2 weeks now, I just want my package. Phone calls disconnected after waiting for an hour. Just tried their email, I am guessing I don't hear anything back from them. Brutal customer service. You literally have one job, deliver packages, and you still can't figure it out.

Extremely disappointed in their service, they are beyond slow my packed cleared Canada customs 9 March, at it took a further 8 days for it to go out for delivery. First delivery didn’t even attempt so it went back for redelivery which took a further 2 days plus a weekend only to have the driver show up today minus the package. The tracking page now says there was a delivery attempt which there simply wasn’t. Their customer service is terrible too, and offer little in the way of a meaningful answer or help. I would give a 0 if I could because this is completely unacceptable.

We do a lot of online shopping, and deal with many different couriers. Intelcom is the only company who is consistently late, doesn't update tracking info, and is just plain awful. If you have a choice, don't deal with intelcom. Use a carrier pigeon instead. Better results.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Received an email around 3pm, said my package will be delivered in the next 3 hours, came 6pm, nothing. Called their line and was told mine would be delivered in the next 45 mins (this was around before 9pm). Then I waited til around 9:45pm, still nothing. I called again and said it’s still on the way. Like who delivers 10pm onwards? Supposedly my item should be redelivered today, not sure what time would they show up this time. Currently waiting for an hour now on the phone to speak with their agent to confirm delivery today. Poor customer service and doesn’t live up to what they say to customers and service. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all. The only reason I have to deal with Intelcom is because Hudson’s Bay used them as the courier for my order. I do a lot of online shopping and dealt with different couriers and Intelcom is the only one so far that gave me this very poor experience. No wonder there’s a lot of low ratings for this company. Update: May 30, 2022. Waiting for a package which was assigned to Intelcom and same bad experience, they delayed the delivery twice without saying specific reason. Would be out for delivery then would say postponed and scheduled for next business day but failed to delivery again. I’ve been home and no attempt from them to contact me. Worst courier service out there people.

Out of 3 shipments, 1 was a week late, 1 was returned to sender with not attempt to deliver and 1 has been at the warehouse that is 20 minutes from my door for 8 days and is also late.now I am nervous it wont show up. ? the delivery driver that did show up was courteous but I am beginning to think because I am rural that they can’t find a contractor who wants to deliver so they just can’t be bothered to fulfill the commitment. It would be nice to know WHY there are repeat issues from the station. I’d be happy to wait for packages if I knew it was because they need to have more than one drop in the area to come or something

Friday, April 8 receive an email saying a package that I was expecting had been delivered, yet there was no package. I called and a driver inquiry was opened. I was told I would hear back within 24 hours. Never heard back but before 7am on Monday morning my package was at the door. Now today, Saturday, April 16 receive an email saying a package I was expecting had been delivered, yet again no package at the door. Guess I'll be calling on Monday as they don't seem to answering calls today. Never dealt with this company before and hope I never have to again.
