The customer service was perfect, they were personable, and I experienced no issues with their COVID19 precautions (unlike other reviews have stated). The woman working at the desk did her utmost to ensure my package was properly prepared to deliver. No complaints here!

I had ordered skincare ingredients and was directed to opt for the required signature delivery (for an extra cost) and decided to pay for it to ensure the package be delivered safely. Not only was the parcel delivered on my doorstep while I was away and DID NOT sign for it, but it was left outside in the rain with the fragile arrow on its side for god knows how long. I called FedEx to resolve the issue (3 times) and 2 out of those 3 times, the person on the phone did not answer after 30 seconds into the call (I could hear the other side of the call) so I had to try again. The third call I had with them was with a lady that was quite short with me and seemed frustrated at me for explaining my situation. She basically said that it was up to the shippers to refund me (even though it was the FedEx Driver's fault). I had heard only once that someone else had signed for me even though no one else lives here and it was left outside anyway! Never again will I go with these guys!

It arrived in Memphis at 12:35am on Wednesday morning and has since been sitting there with absolutely zero updates and it was supposed to arrive over 6 hours ago and now they have changed the status to delayed. We have contacted Fedex by phone and got lied to saying it was in customs, then he backtracked and said he assumed that was the issue but they couldn't do anything about it. So disgusted, I used to think FedEx was the best but good to know. As a startup company we now know who not to ship with.
M	Me Mi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give zero stars if possible. $29 shipping for small $50 item. Ok fine. I come to a doortag. I call, arrange for another delivery, the customer service guy was helpful. The next day, I come home to a message from someone else advising me to go pick up the package..OR, they can reattempt delivery if I'm there to sign. I call again to speak with customer service, go through the same routine, and he confirms that it would go out the next day. It never came. Fedex is the absolute WORST DELIVERY COMPANY.

It was denied at customs so was supposedly being returned to me. The scheduled delivery date has been changed 5 times and it has been a month and I have yet to receive my package so I can ship it again. When I call them, they have no answers for me. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
