About Ducky's Drains
We've unfortunately had more than our fair share of sewer problems with our homes in Calgary. We've used 5 different companies to help us out throughout the past 16 years. Andrew was by far the best. He unplugged our sewer line after a sewer backup. He located our clean out pipe hidden behind drywall in the wall. He was very professional, careful and quick. We were charged a flat fee compared to other plumbers who charged us for every tool they had to pull out to finish the job. I could not recommend him enough.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called Ducky's on the afternoon of August 25th and he was at our house in the evening.
We had the sewer backing up and he was very thorough in checking all the clean outs and determining where he thought the blockage was. He augured and used the camera and ultimately found that when the house settled the pipe settled with it and is now level instead of having the slope it needs.
Andy and his assistant are extremely personable, knowledgeable, professional clean and the price is excellent for the service we received and the time spent on getting the job done and explaining the situation and the solutions for the future.
This is our family's plumber for life!!!

Run by an honest hardworking team of Andrew and Manon. Manon, I believe handles the administrative, she was easy to coordinate with, and was friendly. Andrew showed up with a partner at the appointed time and was prompt, communicated clearly the issues and was very professional in handling the unclogging.
Honestly, it was a truly refreshing experience dealing with honest people not trying to upsell you. Over the past years my wife and I have had a real headache dealing with a new breed of "salesman plumber": you know the type, they got a uniform, charge a large fee just to show up and then upsell you on multiple items, they even have a financing folder/package handy! Then when you turn away from their ridiculous prices they suddenly have a "discount" to offer. So, sickening.
Ducky's Drains, is the variety of honest plumber we should be supporting! 5 stars to them and I will be using them again!

I called and Andy came within 2 days. He did a camera scope down our main stack and meticulously tested and re-tested things to verify his findings. I work in healthcare and that is a sign of quality! Trustworthy and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ducky's family and friends.

From the lady on the phone explaining the price to the technician on site, it was a great experience considering the situation. The initial appointment call was courteous and efficient.
