★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How can this location be called a "FedEx Authorized ShipCentre" when the personnel has no clue how to prepare a FedEx shipment? I went to this location (which is inside of a Bureau en Gros store in Centre Laval), because it was the closest to my place. I already had my FedEx shipping label printed, so I just needed a FedEx envelope, drop my package, and have it scanned. Very simple. However none of the employees -including a supervisor- knew what to do. They didn't even know what I was talking about when I asked for a FedEx envelope. I ended up going to another location, and the experience was completely opposite: the guys knew exactly what to do and helped me get my package ready. I was done in less than 5 minutes. Guys at Centre Laval FedEx (Bureau en Gros): get some training on the services you're offering.
