Absolutely terrible place to go pick up your package!! The place is a dump, there is no order and the staff are hostile and extremely rude. I ordered a pizza oven online and was called by them and told to go there and pick it up. When I got there I wad treated like I wasn't supposed to be there and they acted like it was my idea to come to their crappy warehouse and pick up my package. I brought a 1 ton truck to pick up a 36" x 36" 200lb crate that could easily be slid into the box of my truck. They didn't want to load me because they didn't shovel their ramp and they suggest that I come back with a dock height truck to pick up my package. Then when I told them I wasn't going to do that it was revealed that they didn't even know where my package was even though I could see it sitting 20' from the dock that they told me to back up to while they looked for it. We stepped over a line to try to point out our package for them and the manager of the place started screaming at us and ended up kicking us out of the building because we stepped over the magic line. She wouldn't listen to us when we kept telling her that the package was right there and we had to watch a 60 year old toothless warehouse guy looking for our package for 20 minutes before he finally found it. This place is an absolute joke and the operations manager is a miserable nasty woman. I feel sorry for anyone that has to work there, and for anyone else that has to pick their package up there. I guess next time I'll rent a semi trailer to go pick up my 200lb package and I'll show up with full body Armour so that I can step over their stupid line and show them where my bloody package is!

Had a colleague go to pick up one box for me that had arrived. They loaded an entire skid in his truck insisting it was my order. After I called them they were obviously quite eager to get it back as other customers were waiting for items off that skid. Skid was returned and order was straightened out. Would have been a 3 star review if not for the fact that you're paying a $50 a day storage fee after 48 hours for this type of competence.

I had wheels and tires shipped prepaid and the would not ship them until I paid another $134. It took over a week to ship from Edmonton to Fort McMurray. It took three days for them to find out where my wheels and tires were after they picked them up from the tire shop. Also I habe saked them several times to email me a receipt for the $134. They keep telling me they will but I have yet to recieve one. One of the girls that I spoke to first seemed to care and want to help but the girl that I spoke to mostly didn't seem to care if I ever got my stuff. Horrible horrible service.

Stay away from this company everyone!!! We just had the worst and ridiculous experience with Fastfrate Edmonton yesterday. We ordered a commercial gas range from Toronto, we paid shipping fee + $98 tailgate fee to have the range delivered door to door. The driver showed up with the range and refused to load it on to the ground. He told us the tailgate he had was too small. He is not responsible to move the range. Excuse us? we paid the shipping and tailgate fee, now you ask us to move this 1400lb weight item to the ground by ourselves? The truck driver is not helpful at all, neither does the customer service. The driver drove the range back to the warehouse and told us if we need them to deliver again, $80 please. We ended it up to hire a moving company locally to pick up the range from their warehouse today. I will never use this company. This is ridiculous! Fastfrate Edmonton deserves zero star from Google review.

Never ever use FASTFRATE ever again. They are stealing products in broad daylight. They stole our businesses crates and they said it's lost. This is outrageous! Their customer service is extremely unprofessional. They don't track shipment. They don't show any records to clients. They have bankrupted our business. We file charges against them.

I've had a very neutral experience with them. They are fast at delivery, the staff is very friendly, easy use and schedule pick up. However what I don't agree with is disclosing information to my clients if the skid has been paid for or not. That is for me to deal with and not my client to know. They will hold your shipment until everything is paid off. Which I can understand, but once again not something my client needs to know.

They don’t call ahead, show up after hours and expect unload. Tracking is difficult. Overall would not recommend.

I wish there was an option for 0 stars. I was supposed to receive delivery on Saturday between 12-5pm which is a huge time window. I received no calls on Saturday morning to confirm that they were coming. I tried to call them but their office was closed that day. Nobody showed up. I waited an extra hour, still nothing. No calls or communication to update me either. I had to wait until Monday till their offices opened in order to get an answer - apparently their delivery driver's phone died so he couldn't contact me or find my place. (okay ... you literally have one job and don't even have the tools to do that? a suggestion to the company: consider buying your drivers a $15 charger to keep in their trucks.) They rescheduled. This time I rescheduled for a weekday (Thursday) and took time off work because at least then I could contact the office in case they didn't show. I was given a time between 12-5pm and nobody showed. Tried contacting the office, of course it was closed at 5pm. No calls received from the delivery driver either to update me. Finally they showed up 45 minutes outside of the time window I was given. Delivery driver would've left his trolley in my garage too if I hadn't asked "don't you need to take that back?".... Come on. All the other delivery companies I've dealt with give me a call on the day of the delivery, provide an smaller time window, and at least some sort of tracking link or contact information. Don't bother with this company.
