I had gone to a few countertop places and obtained several estimates before I came across Faro Countertops. From the first contact by email and then visiting their Port Moody showroom, I was impressed by the attention to detail, knowledge and the service that Rey provided. The two installers did excellent and professional work. The cost was very reasonable too. I would absolutely recommend Faro Countertops!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a renovation contractor I have worked with many different countertop suppliers over the last 15 years. I gave up on The Home Depot after jumping thru many hoops to just request a measure. There install date was 2 months away. I called Ray and in a few days later Justin brought his hi tech gear to site and did the measure.
About 10 days later Freddie and Izzy installed the beautiful quartz tops. Even the building inspector said they were the nicest seams he had seen.
Great job guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faro replaced our kitchen countertops with Cambria quartz and while the product itself is so beautiful, the quality of the installation is exceptional. I'm so particular about details and Faro is too, apparently. I'm so proud of the outcome. Rey is a pleasant person to communicate with, and the price of the job and materials was slightly less that other quotes I got from some places in Richmond. I wasn't looking for a cheap deal, only a fair price. Which is what I believe I got. But, most importantly, the finished product is outstanding. I was also surprised that they came to Vancouver from Port Moody. I highly recommend Faro.
