We had fancy windows installed in 2019 and the seals broke on every single window, even the triple pane windows in our front room. Tried to deal with Fancy windows and they eventually they just stopped answering our calls, they said our contractor didn't transfer the warranty so now we are out tens of thousands of dollars for poorly made windows. For a young family that is devastating.

I'm renovating a house in the west end that requires new windows and doors, I normally use all weather window, they would send a guy, he gets me an estimate, I sign off ,and they build installed and done. For this job I was asked by a friend to give them a chance and this is the answer I got. basically they don't want to take any responsibility. NO SERVICE. Hi, We don’t provide measurement services. Our new home bathroom windows were supposed to have frosted glass. Upon receiving the windows we brought it to Fancy Windows attention, they apologized and said "This is a very quick fix. We will simply replace the glass in no time". It has been a month since we have moved into our new house. After calling repeatedly, asking to replace the glass in our bathroom windows, nobody has ever showed up. I even mentioned that we can't take shower in our own bathrooms because of the transparent windows. But there has been no action taken since the last six months. Please don't expect any customer service from this company.

We are very pleased with the courteous and meticulous service we received from the entire Fancy Group Team members. On time delivery for windows and doors was key to this project and fancy windows staff and management kept there promise and did not disappoint, despite the global material crises. Fancy windows quote was quite competitive as compared to other window manufacturers. Good product and workmanship. Everything was satisfactory, timely and reliable. Staff was very helpful at all times. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND

H	H Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am having some issues with my windows in my brand new home. My builder/warranty provider contacted Fancy Windows and they have come and checked my windows. They are working on fixing the problem. I have contacted them a few times so far and have asked them questions. Every time I have contacted them, they have returned my calls and answered my questions. I have asked for a quote on some upgrades on the windows that need repairs/glass replacements and they gave me a quote on the same day they promised to do so. So far it has not been a bad experience. I gave them 4 stars because it would have been nicer if the windows did not have any problems. But, it is normal to have some issues here and there when you build a new home. What is important is whether or not the builder and the sub-contractors/vendors stand behind their products and fix what needs to be fixed. I will write honest updates here as they complete this job.
