★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great selection of doors but they have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Well... actually there is no customer service at all. Nobody wants to help you out. The reception desk was zero help and they make you feel like you're annoying them by being there..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a contractor and honestly this place is some of the worst service ever. They will tell you a certain day that your doors are ready, show up first thing in the morning and they tell you to come back in the afternoon because they’re not ready. So the next time I figure I’m smart and come a couple days after the day they said it would be ready. I stand around for an hour while they frantically make them because they gave my doors to someone else. Everything is lies that come out of their mouths as they can’t even calaborate the same story to tell you why you don’t have your doors. Now because they rush through your order while you stand there, the quality control is zero. Then I spend unnecessary time fixing their garbage product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truly epic levels of disorganization and general gong showness. I was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes every 10 minutes for 2 hours. I get it was only a $1500 order but just being honest doesnt hurt! Fact is I work 1 minute away and would have been 100% ok with coming back at the end of the day. Yes this is not my usual google account because as a business owner the only other time i gave a one star review my business was one stared back in retaliation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most pathetically ran business we have ever dealt with. Weeks on weeks of being told our orders are ready and they’ll be shipped out yet they never show up. Have to call 20 times to get a straight answer with more confirmation that they are loaded and on route, still no sign of anything. This is 3-4 weeks after they told us to drive 3.5 hours to pick up everything because it was “ready” we ordered and paid for 5 house packages ($20,000.00)… got sent home with 11 pieces of trim. Google makes you choose at least one star but this deserves a 0/5. This is how they treat their contractors after 6 years of business.

No need to say much more than all the other 1 stars reviews are exactly how I feel/what I experienced. AVOID!
Also, love how the company responds to the poor reviews ("email us") but yet they continue to receive so many 1 start reviews. IMO why would i waste more time emailing you about my dissatisfaction. Your company does not return phone messages, emails, texts in the first darn place! AVOID!

It took me 3x to email and call to get an order right and once I came to pick up it wasn’t ready (I was told to pick it up) so I had to turn around and drive back to site empty handed. Call ahead of time to check when it’s ready!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place seems to have a great selection of doors, so much so that one will likely need the assistance of staff to figure out what they're looking at. This is where they fall down. Miserably. No staff member approached us while we were looking, to see if we needed help. In and of itself, that's typically fine, as sometimes one wants to be left to one's own devices. But when we went to the desk to ask for help, we were told that someone will be with us shortly. But that didn't happen. They then proceeded to assist just about everybody in the store but us. When I confronted staff on this, they could have simply apologized and said that they made a mistake. That could be understood and forgiven. But instead, they chose to lie to us, claiming that the other people (who came in well after us, and approach the desk well after we had asked for help) had been existing customers and we're already being helped. It's rare to be shown that level of disrespect in a retail outlet. These folks may have a good selection, but there's no chance I will ever be back here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not use this company. Very poor correspondence with customers; I paid for my order in advance and had to call multiple times to get a status update. When the order was ready, and I arrived to pick up, there was damaged parts of the doors and was advised that it was acceptable… which it was not. To add insult to injury, the order was not completed as per the order paperwork and I was told to come back at end of day, not a good option for someone who lives out of town. Overall, very poor communication, multiple conversations were required regarding how the doors needed to be prepared; in the end, I accepted the doors out of frustration even though I asked for a refund. The doors are still not in the format I requested and I wish I pushed harder for a refund. In the end, poor communication, poor service, poor correspondence, I will not recommend this company.
