★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An honest and competent mechanic is a wonderful thing! Bobby at Family Tree Auto is that! He is a straight shooter and he even helped me get a refund for a destroyed tire (due to a public road issue) that I didn't know I could even apply for.
Another thing I love is that he is reachable by text. This is primarily how I function and it is SO convenient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My Mercedes's right low light went dark and I found Family Tree Auto through friend referral. Bobby the engineer found the issue and replaced a part in a few mere hours. On the side, Bobby also identified my car's source of weird vibration, which the few past mercs could not. Bobby charged me a VERY reasonable amount, even after I insisted that was outrageously too little for his time and effort. I can totally see why this is highest rated establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just completed the replacement of front and rear brake rotor and pads for Toyota venza 2011. As noise came out when touched brake panel and made turns. The staff are friendly, professional and the job was well done in less 2 hours with 1 year parts warranty. Thanks.
