★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting 2 months to be seen by somebody. They finally let me in through the double locked doors after I paid, of course.
The coubcikco was nice, introduced herself, and told me what I would call "the works" in terms of paperwork and signatures.
I told them on the phone what I needed and they told me they would call me back with a date within 2-3 months!!! They called me back sooner than expected and gave me a date.
After i met her and her givin me the speech she said she cannot help me because they do not deal with the issue that I was looking for help with!
After 40minutes, she told me that it's not right and they should've caught it on the intake and she would speak with the manager. she also said I shouldn't have to pay for the session.
Two weeks went by before I got a phone call and she had spoken with the manager who refused to refund me. I was in need of desperate help at the time when I called them. they kept me waiting. I was told there would be no refund. Period.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
THEY ARE ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY.
THEY DO NOT CARE ABIUT YOU!
