Portage Supermarket for awhile now.
I spend approximately $500.00 a month give or take, so as any customer, I expect Respect!
Initially, things went reasonably well, but sometimes items that I ordered were not delivered.
With that being said, I attempted to place an order today, but locked horns with Debbie, who proceeded to Chastise me on my previous order!
Let's recap, shall we.
On my previous order, there were some items that I had ordered that were not delivered.
This happens.
Debbie, however, ups the anti by saying that I didn't order the forgotten items and went on to say I was not to place another order the same day!
Since my forgotten items were being delivered
anyway, I threw a few additional items on the order.
Debbie proceeded to say that I have been rude to Keiran, LaDawn, Brian and herself and that my actions caused them to work overtime!
The Only person I have ever had issues with has been Debbie!
I have been Extremely Disrespected and I will be going elsewhere!
I don't imagine I am the first or the last to be in the crosshairs of Debbie!
Darren, I don't imagine you will rectify this frontline problem, but Debbie Is Not an Asset
to your business!
In closing, I would like to add that I enjoyed my interactions with Keiran, LaDawn and Brian and I've always treated them with the utmost respect and by no means intentionally caused them any grief!
Brian was the consumate professional when
delivering and went above and beyond to make things right!
I will miss my interactions with Keiran, LaDawn and Brian!
