Je contacte la pharmacie du centre commercial et on me mentionne que la pharmacie sera dorénavant fermée, aucune annonce dans la porte, aucune communication. Nous avions pris un rendez-vous dernièrement pour un vaccin à 16h00, nous nous présentons mon mari et moi pour ce rendez-vous, l'infirmière fermait boutique, elle vient nous voir pour nous mentionner que notre rendez-vous était à 14h00, ce que je n'aurais pas pris comme rendez-vous car nous travaillons. Elle se retourne sans nous demander si nous souhaitons remettre ou autre. Aucun bonjour, aucun sourire, service client intolérable. Les kits sont un biens payés et fournis à la population générale, sans égard à leur état de santé aux dernières nouvelles, un GROS manque de jugement de Familiprix CHAMBLY. J'apporte ceci aux oreilles des réseaux d'informations et plainte à l'ordre professionnel des pharmaciens. They refused to give me a rapid test kit because I am not one of the "vulnerable people"? What is that big nonsense? The kits are a good paid for and provided to the general population, regardless of their state of health the latest news, a BIG lack of judgment from Familiprix CHAMBLY. Mid 20s young man from the counter tried to help however they didn't have the product which is ok. A store isn't obligated to sell every brand or everything. However this is awkward, he stated the product we wanted isn't being sold in quebec on the shelves and we needed prescription to purchase it. On the next store we stopped we had found the drug with no issues or so and product was on the regular drugs section. This is very wrong for a pharmacy. If you have no information on a product you should say so. You shouldn't make up untrue knowledge.
