I've had a really bad experience with an agency (look at my reviews) and was a bit worried, but we ended up being treated with care and understanding. Sue was our supervisor and I can't recommend her enough. Thoughtful, caring and aware of my child's feelings and emotional state. I absolutely can recommend this agency and will use them again if needed!

It feels like having a family member there when she’s present. She is kind, patient, and I look forward to seeing her every time. Trish is a woman who I have to correspond with at the Families First Office. She has always been short with me, and even rude towards me in a couple of email exchanges. I have never done anything to warrant this. Emails with the other party have been warm and friendly. I feel as though she treats people who need the supervision like they’re less of a human.

During my eight years of employment, Trish and her team have helped hundreds of families though challenging legal situations with positive outcomes for the children involved. As a front line support worker I have witnessed the devastating effects that family unrest can have on the children who are caught in the middle. I have personally observed Trish and her staff go to great lengths to help, support and accommodate the needs of all children they serve. This service provides a very important outlet to continue to maintain the well being of children. I feel privileged to be have been a part of such important work and being able to make a positive impact on so many children’s lives. It was because of my time employed with Families First that I was inspired to further my career working with youth in the legal system. With out access to these services many children would miss valuable family interaction with both parents that is so imperative to their best emotional well-being and development. As an advocate for all children, this job allowed me to put my passion to use building stronger futures for children. Families First has been operating for over ten years and has a driven, compassionate and professional team of employees. I will be always great full for this work experience as it gave me the skills to help many more children in the future.
T	Tonya Mari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a response to their response, yes the services were in 2012-2013, and for some reason, in spite of having the service discontinued via Court Order, they're still working with the other party to attempt to return as service providers. 11 Years later! Imagine that. Time to let go and move on. Trish Carter was the owner of this company and point of communications. At first it started out fine; then the triangulation began and Trish switched our monitor worker. No Contact Orders were breached; harassment was enabled; reports were buried under 'costs' to produce at $25.00 each, and by which time were so biasely written that to say they are 'neutral' is an outright lie. Trish attempted to get me to scheme with her against the other parent; when I refused and asked her to step back she allied with the father. He was allowed to videotape me, take photos during the exchange, and yell out accusations of where I had been on my time away from the child. Complete nightmare. Shady Business and Industry. These agencies know that 'high conflict' is another term for 'domestic violence' but have no real training in that area. If yours is a high conflict matter I suggest for your safety, look elsewhere.

They have always been punctual and gone above and beyond, while ensuring my son has been safe at his visitations. Their staff has always been great to deal with personally, and it has taken a huge weight off my family's shoulders to know that our son is safe when they are around. I would highly recommend their services.

He was terrified to go on these visits, but with Harmony professional background and her caring personality he's ok going now. I think my grandson rather spend his visits with her instead of the father. The office staff are very professional and caring. I want to give a big thanks to family first for what they do and keeping my mind at ease. Keep doing what you are doing and keeping those kids safe. ?

Trish is professional and caring and ensured that everything ran smoothly with ease. Sue is trustworthy and kind, I felt completely comfortable with her and so did my kids! Both Trish and Sue treated both parents with equal respect. I had an extremely upsetting experience with a different company in the past, and my experiences were night and day. If you are looking for a trustworthy company. Families first is your best choice. 10/10, thank you Trish and Sue.
