★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your looking to buy a townhouse it's a great place for families. There's a clubhouse with fitness rooms, an outdoor pool and hot tub. Party rooms you can book and a common area with lots of nice artwork. It's right on Fraser river, there's a marina right there and a scenic bicycle path. I've heard prices range from 700 to 900 thousand. And there's security cameras everywhere.
