★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well maintained building. If anything needs to be fixed, repairs are completed quickly. Last renovation in the apartments was probably early 90s but the suites are well looked after. The one thing that I don't like is that smoking is permitted in certain apartments and it tends to stink up the hallway. (No smell inside the suite though.)
