I’ve dealt with nearly all comparable lenders and they were very helpful, quick in their responses and friendly. They also offered the most funds without lengthy and cumbersome underwriting. It was nice that they also didn’t hard sell expensive optional items like credit insurance. Not that the insurance is a bad idea, however it’s often pushed upon the borrower. Yes the rates are rather high, as to be expected with any other similar sub-prime loan product (although the worst rates are offered by another lender in the area, which is 59.9% that is actually .1% below the legal maximum allowable of 60% of which anything above is considered usery) The idea with these loan products is to build your credit history In order to qualify for much better rates with the larger banks once a satisfactory repayment history has been established. Bottom line, if your looking for a personal installment loan start with Fairstone!

I don’t know how you got my personal information which is very concerning. And I certainly don’t want businesses mailing me constantly begging me to come take out a loan.

Call ask to speak with Don, sorry busy he'll call you right back no call so I call get Don tells me he'll look into it see if they can help in the interm while waiting on results from a law suit. Never called back. Nothing no sorry we can't help or anything. Would never recommend this place ever again. I feel Don should be terminated for his complete ignorance.

When I called to find out how they got this info, the woman on the phone said " not to worry. We've never had a complaint before". I said, maybe because you have been manipulating people too ignorant to know what their rights are and push back with you. She twisted it around and snapped back, are you calling me ignorant?" and then hung up. These people are located behind the value village beside the Seaway Mall. THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED AND SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED!
