★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful little hill, great place for beginner and intermediate skiers and snowboarders. Very well priced, $47 plus tax for a day pass, way cheaper the big hill. Staff is friendly and the chalet is nice. Went there on a Friday and almost no line up to the lift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this ski hill. Sure, it's not as big or fancy as Panorama. But this place has a unique atmosphere. It has a cozy alpine lodge that serves an amazing poutine. The hill has a good variety of terrain, ranging from easy greens, to fun, challenging black runs. They have 1 carpet lift, 1 platter lift, and 1 triple. The triple does kinda hurt your back, but you get used to it after a while (one of the quirks about this place). Season pass holders get free access to the mineral hot springs, and 25% off at Panorama! Overall, it's a great small hill, and I would definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RV park. Well laid out. Very helpful staff. They even picked up and refilled our propane! The pool is great. Nice playground for children. Hiking trails. Had to throw the snow picture in...mid April

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been coming to Fairmont Hot Springs every year for Christmas and have always had a great experience. The main reason: the staff. We sign up our kids for private and group ski lessons and the instructors have been nothing short of fantastic. They were patient and friendly with our children and made sure they had a good time, even when they were cold and they had issues with their ski gear. As a side note, our kids speak mostly French, and it helped a lot that some of the instructors were French Immersion students and therefore able to communicate with our kids in both languages.
A HUGE thumbs up to the rental shop. Last season, we encountered both very cold temperatures and unforeseen gear issues that ruined our first morning. A few visits to the rental shop fixed the problem. They explained the issue with our gear and provided us with some replacement gear for a very, very good price, saving our ski trip from doom. Very kind, patient and empathetic people. Love it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought our kids for some lessons as part of a week-long getaway. The hill is absolutely perfect and the ski staff and instructors are awesome. Very patient, encouraging, and you can’t beat the price.
The runs are quite amenable for younger children. They have a magic carpet and bunny hill, and a platter for the next step.
