I’ve done microneedling and micro current both of which I seen results from. She’s customized an entire skincare routine for me. The retinol she prescribed has worked wonders. Other skincare fave from Facefirstshop.com are the All-day-shield, triple acid peeling mask and the hydro jelly mask are perfect from a mini home facial!

Arrived for my appointment in such a welcoming space , it was clean and I was really impressed at how much care Emily took in ensuring I was happy . It was my first time trying Henna brows , lash tint and a lash lift and I left feeling so amazing and polished ! She took her time and made me feel so relaxed ! I can’t wait to go back for my touch up , I love my eye brows and my lashes . I’m so thankful I finally found someone in Ottawa that I feel comfortable going to for these services !!!!!! I disputed the fee which she charges to keep the appointment. When I spoke to this girl she was very rude, had no respect and was very condescending. I would have expected her to call and ask me why I did not show for my appointment. She did not even ask if I wanted to re-book but was screaming over the phone because she believes she is right over a customer who is paying her. She refuses to give me my deposit back even though there was no notification of the up and coming appointment nor were there any services receive by her. I will let her keep my $22 because she needs it. I will leave you with some free business advice even after keeping my deposit. When you deal with customers be respectful, be patient and understanding, call customers if they miss their appointment. It shows you care and that you are not just out there looking to make money. Also I recommend getting an application to notify customers via text which is called automatic updates. Like you, people are busy too and this will help you avoid losing customers and getting bad reviews. If you want to go and get your service done by this girl do not expect professionalism. Hopefully she learns from this and makes changes to her business accordingly.
