Doesn’t match with the working hours on the website..always close at 5:30 and website says 6 pm.try salon on the other side of the road, way better than this one..and if they are open until 6 & u reach there by 5:30 pm still Sandeep would rush and do the fastest threading ever and compel you to pay by card..

I bought a groupon for a mani & pedi here and used it the other week. To start, I called several times to book an appointment but never got through to anyone. When I finally did get through to the Spa the lady on the line barely spoke english and did not seem to understand that I was asking to make an appointment. Finally, after 2 weeks I was able to make the appointment. The spa itself is below average with very outdated decor but seemed relatively clean. When I got to the spa there was only one employee there and she told me to choose a nail colour. The selection was awful and there was not much to choose from. I opted for a pale pink for my nails and darker pink for the toes. The manicure was absolutely awfully done. The nail polish was put on so sloppily it looked like I had painted my nails myself blind folded in the dark, I had to ask her to touch it up because she missed several spots on my nails. After about 30 minutes another employee arrived and began painting my toes. The pedicure was below average but it was better than the manicure. They had me sit in the chair for 20 minutes after waiting for the nail polish to dry and did not come and check up on me so eventually I got up and left as I had to get to work. In conclusion, if you want a mani/pedi that resembles one a 5 year old child could give then I would suggest going here. Bad customer service, bad selection of colours, bad overall quality and I ended up removing the nail polish the next day becauase it looked so awful. Waste of money, it would be nice if places didn't do a half ass job just because you have a groupon.

If I could have given a 0 I would have. I received a coupon from groupon that does not have an expiry date (states on coupon) for this salon. When I went in to make an appointment none of the ladies spoke English. The one lady phoned someone and handed the phone over to me. Again this person did not speak english. I showed them the coupon and they stated over and over ...no coupons. I showed them it did not expire... they said no coupons . So they are unwilling to accept the coupon purchased off groupon. This is unacceptable as the coupon was purchased as a gift. BEWARE!!!!

Great experience. Took their time and cut my hair beautifully I would def. go and check them out. Great job by the store owner Sandeep

I get my eye brows done here. Rani is really good with threading. Sandip did my hair on the weekend and she was very professional. Service was fast and reasonably priced.

The lady actually ruined my left eyebrow and had no remorse even after I showed distress. Everyone at the salon looked at me with shock as they noticed that I had a huge dent in my eyebrow and yet the lady had the audacity to ask me to pay. These people don't know how to actually shape eyebrows to enhance the natural curve of the brow. They just remove a few (or a lot in my case) hairs and call it day . Would not recommend going here.

The lady who does threading is so rude and did it in such a hurry and ruined my eyebrows shape.

Wouldn’t recommend coming here to get your eyebrows done. I liked them at first but the more I came here to get my eyebrows threaded, the poorer of a job they did. The lady doesn’t do a complete job with threading most of the unwanted hairs, rarely goes in with tweezers, and is rough with threading. My skin is often very irritated in the days following and I don’t have a problem with this at other places I’ve gone to.
