I had several old pet urine and other stains that I could never get out, and he got them out. He only did work that needed done and even suggested that I didn't need to clean certain areas. A very pleasant man to deal with. He made my carpets look like they were new. I highly recommend him for your carpet and upholstery needs.

Firstly, Scott is very professional and knowledgeable. Secondly, before he does the job he explains the costs, what he can do and what he will be doing. There were no surprises. Thirdly, when the job was done he reviews what he did, what if any issues arose and ensures you are happy with the job. But most importantly he did a great job. Our carpets are clean and our home refreshed. We will be using Scott services in the future and would recommend his company. I cannot forget to mention that we appreciated that he contacted us shortly after leaving him message.

It was a painless process and he gives the impression that he cares about your satisfaction with his work. In fact, his first job of the day ran late (I was the second) and he called immediately to let me know he would be later than we had agreed on. He was clearly upset and was relieved when I told him I had all day, not to worry. He cares. Use Scott!

Now that he has passed we had Fabri-Klean come in to clean all of our carpeted surfaces. He asked a lot of questions so that he understood what the stains were from so that he could properly apply the right cleaners etc. The carpets look like amazing, like new & the odors is completely gone. Scott was courteous, explained all the options & costs and didn't do anything without first getting approval. I would not hesitate to recommend Scott to my family & friends and am extremely happy with the service he provided.

I hired him for a move-in clean, and I literally thought the carpet was a different colour (it had been at least 8 years since the carpets had been cleaned). It turned out, after he was finished, that the carpet was cream coloured and not grey! I had been hoping for the space to just feel clean and fresh, instead I got what looks like a brand new, uber clean carpet where I am comfortable hanging around on the floor, walking in bare feet, and I went from thinking I may have to replace it, to saving $$$ with Scott revitalizing it. Highly recommend this service. Scott was professional, provided quotes upfront and full price prior to service. He had the products and skills necessary to address to problem areas. And the outcome was amazing!!!! Thanks Scott!!
