For anyone who needs a jumpstart into fitness or simply wants to be around people in a team atmosphere while you train - this is for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The team is terrific. They always brighten your day, give you feedback on your movements, encourage you but also give you the space to go at your own pace.
Take it from someone that's fluffier (chonkasuarus) than most, the workouts are challenging but are for all fitness levels. The coaches help you understand what movement is right for you...not all of us can do a push up...but that doesn't mean there's not a good alternative!
They have created a great supportive community in which everyone feels welcome. You will be challenged...but only to your comfort level!
